2. Voting at City Hall (Absentee Voting Only!)
A voter may cast their absentee ballot at City Hall during normal working hours, Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. starting 30 days prior to the election. The Thursday prior to the Election, our office is open until 7:30pm to allow for anyone to come in for No Reason Absentee voting because Friday and Monday before election day-Special Circumstances absentee balloting applies.

3. Telephone Request
A voter may request a ballot by telephone. The city clerk will verify the voter’s identity by confirming the voter’s residence and date of birth. The Clerk's need to speak to the voter requesting and no voicemail requests will be completed. The city clerk will mail the ballot to the voter. To make a telephone request, please contact the city clerk at 207-338-3370 ext. 114.
4. Written Requests
You can also print the application below, complete, and send into the Clerk’s Office. When we receive it, we will process it and send you a ballot when we receive them. Again, we do not receive ballots until 30 days prior to the election.
