The items below are transactions that will require an in person transaction:

• New Vehicle Registrations
• Marriage Licenses 
• New Resident Registrations
• Notary Services
• Any New ATV, Boat & Snowmobile Registrations
• Birth, Death & Marriage Certificates (Mail or in person)
