The City of Belfast utilizes a team approach to economic development, with the additional active participation of the Mayor and City Council, the City Manager, and the Director of Code and Planning. Our department also maintains collaborative, strategic partnerships with other economic development entities located in the region, allowing access to a far wider variety of economic development resources and tools.
