COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
BUSINESS FAÇADE GRANT PROJECT
17 COURT STREET, BELFAST
The owners of the building located at 17 Court St., Belfast, Maine, seeks qualified vendors to provide bids for rebuilding the front retaining wall and ramp, scraping, painting and possible repair of the windows and mullions, rebuilding the wooden exit platform and stairway.
This work is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Façade Grant and is subject to all federal and state requirements for this program. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply for this project.

Bids are due at 3:00 PM on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19th, 2021. If the deadline falls on a Friday, the weekend, or a holiday, then the next non-holiday business day will become the due date. Bids can be either mailed or hand-delivered to: Thomas Kittredge, Economic Development Director, City of Belfast (Belfast City Hall, top floor), 131 Church Street, Belfast, Maine 04915. Bids submitted by e-mail or fax will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place immediately following the bid deadline and will be open to the public. The City of Belfast reserves the right to accept or reject any bids.
