3.      Jessica Cook, applicant, request to operate a home occupation, a dog grooming service, in an existing single family residence that she rents which is located at 121 Swan Lake Avenue, Map 22, Lot 19.  Property is in the Protection Rural 1 zoning district, which allows a home occupation subject to Planning Board review.

4.      Duane & Jeanette Warren, applicants, request to expand an existing nonconforming structure which is located at 60 Oak Hill Road, Map 8, Lot 46.  Applicant proposes to expand an existing detached garage and to renovate this structure into a residence.  Structure has a nonconforming front setback and requested expansion will be considered as a Type II nonconformity.

5.      Lookout Pub, applicant, request to add a small deck and to construct a fence/walkway for the existing restaurant located at 37b Front Street, Map 11, Lot 138.  Property is in the Waterfront Mixed Use zoning district and a restaurant is a permitted use subject to Planning Board review.  Request involves an amendment to an existing use permit.

6.      Pine Tree, LLC, (James & Patti LeClair and Mark & Joanne Gilbert), applicants, request to establish a home occupation, a seasonal welcome center, at a property located on Belmont Avenue, immediately to the east of Hayford Lane, Map 2, Lot 48.  Proposal involves constructing a single family residence and a detached building in which the seasonal welcome center would be located.  Property is in the Protection Rural 1 zoning district and a home occupation is a permitted use subject to Planning Board review.
