CITY OF BELFAST The City of Belfast, Maine is soliciting responses from qualified firms to prepare a downtown – waterfront master plan. The RFP available from the City identifies the work the City desires to be performed. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 in the Council Chambers of Belfast City Hall and all consultants are invited. Attendance is not a pre-requisite to submitting a proposal. The full RFP may be obtained by contacting Wayne Marshall, City Planner, at 207-338-1417 x 25, or by submitting an email to planner@cityofbelfast.org . The RFP and accompanying information also is available on the City website, www.cityofbelfast.org . Reference Bid Notices on the menu, and the link, Downtown-Waterfront Master Plan RFP. Completed proposals must be submitted to the City Clerk, City of Belfast, 131 Church St, Belfast, Maine, 04915 by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. The City of Belfast reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any defects, informalities and minor irregularities, to accept exceptions to these specifications, and make such award or act otherwise as it alone may deem in its best interests.
