INVITATION TO BID
AMENDED – September 22, 2009 

The City of Belfast is accepting bids from contractors to furnish labor and materials for the roof replacement of the Belfast Boat House at 34 Commercial Street in the City of Belfast. Bidding documents may be obtained at the City Manager's Office, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (8A-5P). All bidders must inspect the premises prior to the submission of their bids. 

Sealed bids in an envelope marked “City of Belfast-Boat House Roof” must be received at the City Clerk’s Office at Belfast City Hall, 131 Church Street, Belfast, ME 04915 no later than 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 2, 2009.  Bids will immediately be opened in the City Council Chambers at Belfast City Hall.
