Belfast Victualer License Ordinance a public hearing will be held on November 4,
2009 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, in the Council Chambers of
Belfast City Hall on an application for a new Victualer license for Gregory
Bowen d/b/a Bowen’s Tavern located 132 High Street, Belfast, Maine license to
expire May 31, 2010.

on November 4, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the

Spirituous and Vinous Restaurant/Lounge (Class XI) liquor license, interior

soon as possible thereafter on an application for a Special Amusement Permit by
Gregory Bowen d/b/a Bowen’s Tavern for live entertainment, music, vocals -
Karaoke, DJ and dancing at located 132 High Street, Belfast, Maine, interior
only.

Pursuant to Maine State Law a public hearing will be held on November 4, 2009 at
7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Council Chambers of Belfast
City Hall on the following proposed additions or amendments to the City of
Belfast General Assistance Ordinance and Appendix.
The current General Assistance Ordinance Appendix will be replaced
with the new up dated appendix. The General Assistance Ordinance its self is
unchanged.
The complete General Assistance Ordinance and its Appendix is on
file at the City Clerk’s office and available for inspection Monday through
Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend the hearing and
voice any comments, or may submit written comments prior to the hearing.
