A) Request to approve the by the Troy Howard Middle
School Drama Club to hang banners at the three city locations for a 3 week
period from February 15th to March 6th, 2010, to advertise
their production of “Girl Power”, performances to run from February 26th
to March 6th.

Request to approve the various requests by the Maine Celtic
Celebration, Inc. for use of city properties and services on July 16th
through 18th, 2010, for the 2010 Maine Celtic Celebration.

Michael McFadden from Belfast Police Department, and authorize to advertise the

to the computer crimes unit, with all expenses related to this position being
fully reimbursed to the city by the State of Maine.

and action on a request by the Waldo County YMCA to hold their first annual
