            A) Update from the Parks and Recreation Commission on enhancements to Steamboat Landing and Belfast Common Parks. 

9) Permits, Petitions and Licenses - Consent Agenda - Support Material
A) Request to approve the by the Troy Howard Middle School Drama Club to hang banners at the three city locations for a 3 week period from February 15^th to March 6^th, 2010, to advertise their production of “Girl Power”, performances to run from February 26^th to March 6^th.   

B) Request to approve the various requests by the Maine Celtic Celebration, Inc. for use of city properties and services on July 16^th through 18^th, 2010, for the 2010 Maine Celtic Celebration.

A) Consent Agenda - Support Material
            1) Confirm the appointment of Ed Robeau as the third member of the Recycling Committee. 
            2) Accept the resignation of Detective Michael McFadden from Belfast Police Department, and authorize to advertise the position.   

B) Consideration of an agreement with the Maine State Police to supply an officer to the computer crimes unit, with all expenses related to this position being fully reimbursed to the city by the State of Maine. 

C) Discussion and action on a request by the Waldo County YMCA to hold their first annual Family Triathlon Festival, on May 15, 2010.

D) Discussion of a report by the Pedestrian Biking and Hiking Committee with recommendations on biking and hiking enhancements.
