A) Request to approve the off premise catering permit for The Lookout on August 29, 2009 from 3pm to 1am for a reception at the Wentworth Event Center, 139 Searsport Avenue, Belfast.

A) Consent Agenda - Support Material
            1) Approve the request by Friends of Belfast Parks for their 15^th Annual Arts in the Park at Heritage Park on July 10^th and 11^th, 2010.  

            2) Approve the request from The American Lung Association to have the City of Belfast host the 2010 Trek Across Maine, ending at the Belfast Boathouse on June 20, 2010.   

            3) Approve the request by the Waldo County YMCA to hold their 15^th Annual Pancake 5K Road Race and the 1 mile Child Shall Lead Race on September 27, 2009 beginning at 8am. 

            4) Accept the resignation of Wendy Rogers as city Floater effective immediately and authorize the City Manager to advertise to fill the position.
